Can Arivu cite cases that don’t exist?
No. Because of our Direct-Linking Architecture, the system must be able to resolve a URL to a real document in your tenant or a valid CourtListener ID before it presents the case as fact. This eliminates the risk of “fake case law” that plagues consumer-grade AI.
Does CourtListener cost extra?
We leverage the Free Law Project’s API. For standard research, it is included. For high-volume automated PACER docket tracking, we can integrate your firm’s specific API keys to ensure seamless data flow.
